Perfect simplicity

From the moment I opened the boxes, I could tell that KIYO truly cares about its products and customers. Everything was packaged with incredible care, which immediately gave me a good feeling about what I purchased. I'm also very happy with the color gradient I chose. It looks even better in person and achieves a clean, modern aesthetic. I am amazed at the craftsmanship, the simplicity, and design, all of which made the investment feel absolutely worthwhile. This won't be my last purchase from KIYO. I look forward to adding more pieces to my collection.

How does my shelf arrive – and in how many parcels?

With DHL, our logistics partner across the EU – free of charge, including to Switzerland. We pack everything in our own packaging system so that every part arrives safely; usually around three Cubes, Caps or Boxes go into one parcel. As soon as your parcel is on its way, you'll receive a tracking number. For large orders, we can also deliver by freight forwarder on request.

Can I buy more parts later?

Yes. Cube, Cap, Box S and Box L are also available individually – so your shelf grows with you, part by part.

How do returns work?

You have 100 days, even if the shelf is already assembled. Simply register your return via our own returns portal.

How much does a compartment hold – does it need wall mounting?

Every compartment holds over 50 kg. From a height of 1.75 m, we recommend securing the shelf to the wall. We're happy to talk through the best way to do this for your setup: +49 211 87979768, Mon–Fri 10 am–5 pm.

Are there doors or drawers?

Yes: Box L slides into the Cube and closes it as a front, Box S is the flat drawer for the narrow compartment. Both are made of steel and available in five colours.
