What is the R1 shelving system and how does it work?
The R1 shelving system is a modular shelving system consisting of the products R1 Cube and R1 Cap. R1 Cube is a modular cube element that can be connected to other R1 Cube or R1 Cap elements. R1 Cap serves as a finishing element. The shelving system is very adaptable and can be built in different sizes and configurations.
Where are the R1 products made?
All R1 products are 100% made in Germany.
How can I set up the R1 shelving system?
The R1 shelving system is very easy to assemble and requires no special skills or tools. Assembly instructions are included in the packaging.
How long is the warranty on the product?
The statutory warranty on all KIYO products is 2 years. If you have received your item with obvious defects, please contact us immediately after delivery.
How do you feel about sustainability?
We believe that sustainability is one of the most important aspects for contemporary product development. We are currently observing with concern that we have talked a lot and not really changed much. We have joined the Düsseldorf Climate Pact for companies and have thus signed our goal: climate neutral by 2035. Is that enough for us? No! Although most of our products are currently made from renewable raw materials, we are not standing still and will be presenting our first 100% climate-neutral furniture to you as early as 2023. What payment options are there?
You can pay us with the following payment methods: Prepayment, Apple Pay, PayPal, Google Pay, ShopPay, American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Klarna and Sofort-Überweisung. If your desired payment method is not included, do not hesitate to write to us.
Can I also buy on installments?
Installment purchases are currently not possible in our online shop.
When do I get my order confirmation?
After you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation from us by e-mail.

After you have placed your order, you will receive your order confirmation from us by email. There is also a link to download your invoice.
What are the delivery costs?
The delivery costs are on the respective product page or at the checkout.
Basically, we try to offer all products free shipping.
Can I track my delivery?
We will send you a tracking link with your shipping confirmation. This gives you a perfect overview of when your package will arrive and where it is.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship free of charge within Germany. We also ship to Switzerland, Austria, Netherlands, France, Belgium, Luxembourg and Denmark.
Which shipping service provider do you use to deliver the goods?
We ship all products with DHL or via our logistics partner FIEGE with DPD.
