What is the R1 shelving system and how does it work?

The R1 shelving system is a modular shelving system consisting of the products R1 Cube and R1 Cap. R1 Cube is a modular cube element that can be connected to other R1 Cube or R1 Cap elements. R1 Cap serves as a finishing element. The shelving system is very adaptable and can be built in different sizes and configurations.

Where are the R1 products made?

All R1 products are 100% made in Germany.

How can I set up the R1 shelving system?

The R1 shelving system is very easy to assemble and requires no special skills or tools. Assembly instructions are included in the packaging.

How long is the warranty on the product?

The statutory warranty on all Kiyo products is two years. If you receive your item with obvious defects, please contact us immediately after delivery.

How high can I build the shelf?

When it comes to the height of your shelf, you basically have free rein to design it according to your wishes.
Our shelving units offer flexible adjustment, allowing them to be installed at various heights. For insurance reasons, we only provide a warranty up to a height of three rows (approximately 134 cm). For taller structures, we recommend having them professionally installed. We are happy to assist you with any questions regarding installation or for further assistance.

Questions about payments

What payment options are there?

You can pay us with the following payment methods: Prepayment, Apple Pay, PayPal, Google Pay, ShopPay, American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Klarna and Sofort-Überweisung. If your desired payment method is not included, do not hesitate to write to us.

Can I also buy on installments?

Installment purchases are currently only possible in our online shop via Klarna.

When do I get my order confirmation?

After you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation from us by e-mail.

When will I get my bill?

We'd be happy to provide you with your invoice. Simply contact our customer service at shop@kiyo.eu , providing your name and order number.

What are the delivery costs?

We offer free shipping on all products.

Can I track my delivery?

Along with your shipping confirmation, we'll send you a tracking link. This way, you'll always have an overview of when your package will arrive and where it's currently located.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship free of charge within Germany. We also ship to Switzerland, Austria, the Netherlands, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Denmark, and Spain.

Which shipping service provider do you use to deliver the goods?

We ship all products CO2 neutrally with DHL.

Questions about returns

How and for how long can I return an item?

With our Kiyo Guarantee, you enjoy a 30-day cancellation period for goods ordered from our online shop. Please contact us at shop@kiyo.eu so we can arrange return shipping. Further information can be found under Right of Cancellation .

What to do if an order was delivered incomplete or damaged?

How long does it take to process my return?

The refund will be processed after receipt of the returned goods. This usually occurs within 14 days.
